On-site tips
  • Claude Code requires a paid Claude account (Pro / Team / Enterprise); Codex CLI requires OpenAI API access. Free accounts can't use Steps 3 & 4.
  • Claude Code and Claude Cowork both run inside the Claude Desktop App; in Cursor, make sure MCP is enabled.
  • We'd start with Claude Code or Codex: the easiest MCP setup, and the most stable, highest-quality output for long reports and Dashboards.

I'm not an exhibitor, or I want to use it at another show — does that work?
Sure. The free, full-feature window is only these few days; you can still record any meeting after that, and switch to a regular plan to keep browsing your recordings later.
What if I don't have a paid AI tool subscription?
You can still use it. Meeting Ink itself records and produces an AI summary for each recording — no external AI tool required.
I already have Meeting Ink. Why would I need an AI tool too?
Meeting Ink focuses on per-recording speech-to-text and AI summaries; the AI tool handles cross-session work — turning multiple recordings into a trip report, a CRM Dashboard, or multi-platform content. They do different jobs.
Which AI tools does it integrate with?
